Delta’s ITIL® Expert Speaks About Service Management & Governance in the Cloud

Parsippany, NJ – On September 25, 2012, the New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC) resumed their lunchtime Technology Tuesday Webinar Series and Delta Corporate Services is pleased to announce that resident ITIL® Expert, Forrest Shue, participated as a speaker. He gave a very informative presentation entitled Service Management and Governance in the Cloud.

Forrest Shue, Practice Director and ITIL Expert, is an IT professional and certified ITIL Expert with 25 years of experience designing, developing, and integrating information systems. His experience includes expertise in program and project management, with a focus on process architecture for incident, change and problem management, as well as Service Desk assessments and overall service improvement planning. As a Project Manager and Educator, Forrest is experienced in leading design, development and implementation teams and interfacing with senior client management, IT leadership and users to identify, resolve and document issues.
